Dallas Ferrell was not only a great realtor for us, he became a reliable friend through the home buying process. There was no question I couldn't ask, no text or phone call that he didn't respond to. He treated me as if I was his only client when I knew he had many others he served as well as being a devoted family man. Anyone would be lucky to have him represent them in buying a new home.

When I first sat down with Dallas, he was very interested in what I thought and what my needs were. We then discussed the local market and what he felt was a reasonable price for my house. I, nor did he, want to price it so high that there wouldn't be any interest in it. Dallas did his homework and presented me with a good, solid, reasonable plan to sell my house. I was in no hurry and felt that it might take some time to sell. We had 2 offers within 24 hours and a third in a day or two. My house sold for a bit OVER asking price but the listing was right on the money.
